IRL Singles Club Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to IRL Singles Club’s (“IRLSC”, “we”, or “us”) Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”). This is a contract between you and IRLSC, and we want you to understand your rights and obligations before using the IRLSC website or application (“IRLSC” or the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App, as accessing, viewing, or using the App legally binds you to these Terms. Additionally, please review our Rules of Conduct and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. IRLSC Rules

Eligibility

To register for an account (“Account”) and use IRLSC, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally permitted to use the App under the laws of your home state.
• Be a U.S. resident.

We actively monitor for underage use and reserve the right to request age verification. If underage use is detected, the Account will be terminated.

Account Usage

• You may not use another person’s Account or share your Account without permission.
• You may delete your Account at any time through the ‘Settings’ page in the App.
• If you attempt to create a new Account with the same credentials after deletion, your previous Account may be reactivated.

Account Enforcement

We rely on vendor and partner feedback to monitor user behavior. At our sole discretion, we may:

• Suspend or terminate Accounts.
• Restrict access to the App.
• Take operational, technological, or legal action to enforce these Terms, including blocking specific IP addresses.
• Take action based on conduct both on and off the App, including real-life interactions at vendor locations or events.

If your Account is terminated, you are not entitled to a refund for any paid events or purchases. If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within six months by emailing info@irlsinglesclub.com.

2. Content on the App

Types of Content

IRLSC provides:

• Partner promotions and event listings.
• Vendor location information (map view).
• Content created by IRLSC, including databases and software (“Our Content”).

Users cannot post content on the platform. However, user conduct must comply with our Rules of Conduct.

Restrictions on Conduct

Users may not engage in behavior that:

• Encourages illegal activity.
• Harasses or harms minors.
• Is defamatory, obscene, violent, or promotes discrimination.
• Involves scams, impersonation, or inauthentic behavior.
• Violates our Rules of Conduct.

Ownership and Licensing

All content on IRLSC is owned or licensed by us and is protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal, revocable license to use the App. You may not:

• Sell, modify, or distribute Our Content.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or content for unauthorized purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit Our Content.

3. Restrictions on the App

By using IRLSC, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Interact respectfully and safely, adhering to our Rules of Conduct.

You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity.
• Engage in deceptive or manipulative conduct.
• Stalk, harass, or engage in scams.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect data.

Violations of these Terms may result in Account suspension, vendor restrictions, or further legal action.

4. Safety and Enforcement

Reporting Misconduct

If you experience or witness violations of these Terms, report them to info@irlsinglesclub.com. IRLSC reserves the right to investigate and take action against reported misconduct.

Criminal Background Investigations

IRLSC may investigate users for criminal history in response to reports of misconduct. If a user is found to have convictions for sexual offenses, human trafficking, or other serious crimes, they may be blocked from using the service and attending IRLSC-affiliated events. However, such checks are not comprehensive and should not be relied upon for safety.

5. Privacy Policy

IRLSC collects minimal user data but requires certain information for functionality. By using the App, you agree to data collection in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Payments and Refunds

• IRLSC is free to use, but events and merchandise may require payment.
• Purchases are final, and refunds are generally not provided.
• Taxes may apply to purchases, depending on your location.

7. Location Services and Notifications

• Location data is used to display aggregated user presence at vendor locations.
• Push notifications may be enabled or disabled via device settings.

8. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
• IRLSC does not guarantee successful matches or event experiences.
• IRLSC is not liable for user interactions or any resulting damages.
• Maximum liability for any claim is limited to $100.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

• Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration in Marion County, Indiana.
• Users waive the right to participate in class actions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. Termination does not absolve you of obligations such as outstanding payments.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of IRLSC after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana. Legal disputes must be resolved in courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
